Returns & Refund

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before your product is shipped or produced. If you cancel your order during this period, you will receive a full refund. We are unable to process cancellation requests once the product has been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We welcome returns for products that meet our requirements. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of receiving their item. For your return to be accepted, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 1–5 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing period for refunds. If you have done all this and still not received your refund, please contact us at trust@cozyscasa.com.
