We process orders Monday through Friday. All orders will be handled within 3 to 5 days of being placed and shipped the day after processing is completed.
Our shipping time is 10–15 days, and we appreciate your patience as your logistics information is being updated.
Since some of our products are completely handmade, we need 1–2 weeks to produce them due to the high volume of orders we receive, which may lead to extended delivery times.

Your local customs authority may require additional documentation and extra time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered by your local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders are delivered via the local postal service, so you will receive your package with your regular mail. If you are not present when delivery is attempted, the postal service may leave a notice card with details on how and where to collect your package.
